Leicester Forest East Team

Open since 1993 the Leicester Forest East (LFE) team is managed by  David Bentley. Other veterinary surgeons who regularly work at the LFE branch are Gill O’Brien and Maciej Kozlowoski.  We have  full operating, dental, X-Ray and laboratory facilities and a  there are separate wards for cats, dogs and rabbits/exotics. The branch is registered by the RCVS as a Training Practice for veterinary nurses.

We have a friendly team of Nurses/Student Nurses and nursing assistants who help the vets during consulations and operations as well as offering offer nurse  clinics,  senior pet clinics and puppy parties. They are always available to give advice on your pet’s needs if you would like to pop in to the surgery or give us a ring.

As well as the comprehensive range of services that the practice provides, David Bentley offers specialist consultations in Dermatology and Otology. We are one of only a few practices in the country to have a video otoscope which has radically changed the way we can treat cases of ear disease. The need for radical ear surgery has been reduced considerably since purchasing this instrument.

As part of our dermatology service, we also offer intradermal skin testing and serological allergy testing for the treatment of atopic skin disease (allergy) by allergen specific immunotherapy.
